Jackson, Miss.— The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning will hold a virtual special called meeting on Monday, June 30 at 12:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering a request for approval to enter an agreement with Wolter Kluwer Health, Inc., at the Mississippi University for Women, a request for approval to renew a contract with Technolutions, Inc., at the Mississippi University for Women, a request for approval to enter a lease amendment with the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi, a request for approval to enter a contractual services agreement with GS Development Services Central, LLC, at the University of Mississippi, and a request for approval of a purchase and supply agreement with BSN Sports, LLC, at Mississippi Valley State University. An Executive Session will be held to discuss confidential legal advice regarding compliance with state law and pending litigation challenging HB1193.
Members of the Board may participate in the meeting via teleconference or an online meeting platform. The meeting will be webcast on www.mississippi.edu. Members of the public and media may attend the meeting in the IHL Board Room, located in the Universities Center, 3825 Ridgewood Road, Jackson, Miss., 39211.
