Jackson, Miss.— The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning will hold a virtual special called meeting on Wednesday, November 5 at 3:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering a request for approval from the University of Mississippi to enter into a ground lease with PRG – Oxford Properties, LLC for the development of student housing facilities on the University of Mississippi campus. The Board will consider a separate request for approval from the University of Mississippi to enter into a management agreement with PRG – Oxford Properties, LLC to allocate management responsibilities for the student housing facilities specified within the ground lease. An Executive Session may be held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
Members of the Board may participate in the meeting via teleconference or an online meeting platform. The meeting will be webcast on www.mississippi.edu. Members of the public and media may attend the meeting in the IHL Board Room, located in the Universities Center, 3825 Ridgewood Road, Jackson, Miss., 39211.
A copy of the Board book for the meeting will be available on the IHL website prior to the meeting.
