Health screenings, including blood pressure checks and glucose screenings Examples of outreach efforts with Head Start centers to improve early childhood education and prevent of childhood obesity Demonstrations showing how the use of tablet devices has been integrated into the curriculum Showing a music master class with a guest cellist via Facetime (12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.) Cooking demonstrations and samples of healthy snacks from Culinary Arts Programs and Nutrition Programs, along with information on nutrition and wellness Highlights of ongoing research activities Information on programs providing training to current and potential micro-entrepreneurs in the Delta Highlights of cultural programs used to promote tourism Commercial Aviation simulators
