Selecting the college that best meets your needs is one of the most important decisions you will make. You will want to research different colleges in order to find one that is compatible with your academic interests and future plans.

Disability programs exist in college and universities across the country and each is unique in the level of support provided to students. Some campuses provide very comprehensive programs which offer a high level of extensive assistance. Others have more streamlined programs of support which require self-responsibility and pro-activity on the part of the student. The needs of students with disabilities are as individualized as the available programs of support, and it is important to find a program that can match the needs of the student
