GET READY FOR COLLEGE

WHAT INTERESTS YOU

To really plan for college, you need to think about what you might want to do after college.

This is that big “What do you want to do when you grow up?” question.  The answer starts with some serious self-reflection.  What interests you? What are your values? What do you like?  What do you hate?

Spend some time in the Career Planning section.  It'll make the college selection process SOOOOOO much easier.

Think about it: If you know what you want to do with your life, then it'll be easier to pick a major and degree that will help you in that job. If you know what you're going to major in, then you know you have to find a college that has that major.

Even though it may be tempting to not go to college because your friends aren't going OR to plan to go to college wherever your friends are going, that probably isn't the best plan.  After all, its your future.  Shouldn't you make it what you want it to be?
