CLEP

CLEP (the College-Level Examination Program) gives students the chance to receive college credit for what they’ve already learned through independent study, prior course work, on-the-job training, professional development, cultural pursuits, or internships.

Depending on the college’s policy, a student can earn from 3-12 credit hours for a good score on a CLEP exam. BUT, not all colleges accept CLEP scores, so check with the college before taking the test(s).

34 different CLEP exams are offered in different subjects. The exams are given by test centers. Click here (CLEP test center) to find a list of subjects and test centers.

The cost of each exam is $70.
