STEP 3 - APPLY FOR STATE AID

State aid is just what it sounds like - financial assistance offered by the state. Each year, the State Legislature sets aside money that Mississippi students can use to go to college.

It is easy to apply for, since there is only one application. There is money available for traditional students, transfer students, adults going back to college for the first time, and even graduate students.
