  1. Proposals must be submitted electronically.
  2. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline date and time, as noted in the document.
  3. Download the proposal, complete all required components of the proposal (see overview sheet for guidelines).
  4. Save your completed document, including the name of your institution in the title of the document.
  5. Submit completed proposals and any/all additional information to: slee@mississippi.edu or as indicated in the proposal.
  6. Submit any pages requiring original signatures by mail to responsible party, as indicated in the proposal.
