Our office is making a conscientious effort to complete our conversion to a paperless application process and your assistance is needed if we are to achieve this goal. You have been very cooperative in the past and we probably have not expressed our appreciation enough. We hope that the added options that are available for this academic year will provide more flexibility for the submission of high school grade information. High schools please submit your 2009 seniors grades on a CD or encrypted email attachment (see below for assistance with preparation of the electronic file). Please call (800) 327-2980 for assistance with encrypting Microsoft Excel files if you prefer emailing the information. This submission should be based on a seven semester high school grade point average and must be mailed to our office no later than May 31th. If you are unable to produce an electronic data file for all your 2009 seniors then using our secure web form should allow you to submit high school grade information with minimum effort.
If you have not completed our participation agreement and request for personal identification number (PIN) for Adobe Acrobat version click here. If you would prefer the participation agreement and request for PIN as a Microsoft Word document click here. This PIN will prevent unauthorized access and ensure that the information is coming from an authorized high school counselor. Do not re-apply for a PIN unless there has been a change in Principal or Counselor as these PINs are assigned to specific persons at you school.
